7 Chakra Sound Meditation

When our thoughts and feelings resonate within the highest of frequencies, we are able to nurture our dreams and desires, by being in the present moment and applying all laws within the universe.
As part of this sound bath and guided meditation experience, you will be offered a visual and sensory experience through the 7 major chakras, so you can experience more balance within all of your centers.

Sessions start with an introduction to the space, and some intention setting. The guided meditation sound bath is an 1hr in duration. Blankets, cushions, and mats are provided for your comfort, and please dress casually.
