This class is for those of you who want to bring the benefits of morning sun salutations, yogic breathing exercises and affirmations into your daily practice. Starting the day on the right foot is so important in order to set the tone and vibration for the day. The efforts that you make everyday towards changing your reality can be felt very quickly if you devote yourself to these simple but powerful practices.
These online classes are accessed with an active zoom account, where you can plug in to the group and receive the benefits of the class.
